Building Stronger Business Relationships: The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding others and realizing the impact of your behavior on the other people around you. This course will help you increase understanding and communication to build stronger, more successful relationships.

CPR for Workplace Morale: This workshop provides help for dealing with workplace challenges. When organizations experience a downsizing or any other dramatic change, they need people to be at their best. Most people's reaction to change is resistance. Trust is lost and productivity suffers. Morale is at its worst. This workshop will help participants create a more harmonious and productive workplace for the benefit of everyone.

Improving Customer Service Skills: Increase customer and employee satisfaction by improving communication and problem solving skills. This course provides skills, ideas and techniques to improve customer service along with an opportunity to practice using real-life situations.

Diversity Training In The Workplace:

Effective Conflict Resolution: Participants will learn to identify the early warning signs of conflict and how to work more effectively with their own as well as other's emotions.

English as a Second Language: ESL classes strive to accomplish workplace goals that are identified by the company. These goals arise form work-related needs that are present with non-native English speaking employees. Students gain speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, as well as the cultural awareness needed to understand how the workplace functions, learn their jobs well, and communicate and cooperate with employees and supervisors.

People Skills and Professionalism: This course is designed to provide an understanding of how to project a more professional image to create credibility and respect. It will also help build stronger relationships with co-workers, managers and employees.

Presentation Smart: This hands-on learning experience helps participants put together a presentation form start to finish. Participants have an opportunity to practice and receive feedback at the end of the session.

How to Write an Effective Resume: There is more to writing a resume than just putting your employment and education on a piece of paper. Your resume is what you use to sell "YOU" to prospective employers. This class explores how to write a resume, as well as, how to create a good cover letter, thank you letter and job search chart.

Successful Negotiation Techniques: This course uses experiential exercises customized to the negotiation situations commonly experienced in an organization. The participants learn and then and then practice using principled negotiation while assessing their negotiation approach.

Systems Dynamics: Systems dynamics differs a valuable new prospective on our most persistent organizational problems and our role in them. This seminar enable employees to see how they and the company, are part of the infinitely complex network of systems. A Production Distribution Simulation exercise will be included.

Business Writing Training: Effective communication is the key to better customer service. Business Writing Training workshop teaches the basics of business writing from improving grammar to writing from improving grammar to writing with clarity to being a better proofreader. You will learn how to create letters, memos and emails that are more effective, get the desired results and create a good impression on the reader.

How to Produce a Business Plan: This course will allow employees to enhance their skills in developing a business plan. Employees will analyze their role in the organization.

Self-Directed Learning: Because most employees are products of a passive educational system, they do not know how to be proactive in identifying their training needs, or designing and evaluating their own learning skills. All this is done from a career development perspective to enable employees to refine their knowledge and skills in areas where it is not feasible for their employer to provide a training program relevant to their needs.
