Webinar Training

Based on our experience with instructor-led training (ILT) and webinars, we are confident that most ILT content can be repurposed to a webinar format. This is truer for ILT courses that are mature - have been taught at least 10 times to a variety of audiences.

To successfully complete the repurposing, we need access to the instructor who delivers the course and all the materials - student and instructor guides, handouts, PPTs, etc. We also need to have a detailed description of the target audience including their geographic distribution and their ability to be clustered physically into groups.

Using the demographic information provided about your audiences, we then develop a webinar delivery strategy that includes connectivity, duration and timing, and if needed, profile or assessment access and distribution.

Working with your instructor, we would chunk the content into 60 to 90 minute segments and develop and appropriate student guide and support materials based on the delivery strategy. Once this is complete, we would prepare a new instructor guide and PowerPoint deck.

Once all the compnents are in place, we would conduct a pilot session to validate our design.

Technology Requirements

• PC with a high-speed internet connection
• Telephone dial out capabilities and a headset or speakerphone
• Use of conferencing system or provide one on a per user basis
