TrainSmart's Train the Trainer Programs teach participants the essential skills to transfer knowledge to adult learners in a way that is educational, interesting and interactive. Our customized, on-site "train-the-trainer" workshop is for the managers, supervisors, new training professional and non-professional trainers who are called upon to develop and conduct training sessions on occasion.
