Projects Completed & Industries Served
Manufacturing: Developed and delivered a Leadership Program designed to enhance leadership and communication skills, generate some changes to corporate culture, review and revise processes and create a more cohesive corporate team.
Manufacturing: Created a computer-based training program designed for production workers, supervisors and engineers to learn internally developed software on an Oracle database. CBT was initially rolled out on CD-ROM and then moved onto their Intranet.
Utilities: Developed and delivered a Team Building Program designed to address the merger of two additional import/export companies.
Pharmaceutical: Developed and delivered a course on Managing Employee Performance that is part of the overall management required curriculum. This course covers an understanding of setting and communication expectations, assessing performance issues, coaching and counseling, and understanding behavior and communication styles.
Hotel: Designed and developed a series of programs for management development and performance improvement.
Insurance: Designed and developed new product training programs and an enhanced new agent orientation program.
