Train-The-Trainer Program

TrainSmart's Train the Trainer Programs teach participants the essential skills to transfer knowledge to adult learners in a way that is educational, interesting and interactive. Our customized, on-site "train-the-trainer" workshop is for the managers, supervisors, new training professional and non-professional trainers who are called upon to develop and conduct training sessions on occasion. As jobs change and re-training is needed at an increasing rate, more and more managers and team leaders are being called upon to do training that was formerly done by experienced trainers.

Whether you're training inexperienced trainers or infuse a little energy into seasoned professionals, our on-site "train-the-trainer," training will teach participants how to determine the needs of an audience, improve classroom charisma, handle hecklers, use activities effectively, and much more.
