Train The Trainer Program

TrainSmart's Train the Trainer Programs teach participants the essential skills to transfer knowledge to adult learners in a way that is educational, interesting and interactive. Our customized on-site train-the-trainer" workshop is for the managers, supervisors, new training professional and non-professional trainers who are called upon to develop and conduct training sessions on occasion. As jobs change and re-training is needed at an increasing rate, more and more managers and team leaders are being called upon to do training that was formerly done by experienced trainers.
