During our interactive sessions, participants complete an inventory of how they spend their time, explore and discuss the components of effective time management and discuss delegation. In addition, time management and organizational skills participants also look at setting goals and priorities; planning and scheduling time and understanding their "time stealers."

Our Time Management courses can be customized to incorporate the tool you use to keep track of your appointments, meetings, tasks, emails and events. Whether you are using a Blackberry, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), Lotus Notes, Outlook, GroupWise, GoldMine, ACT! or a paper-based planner, you will learn ways to better use your "tool of choice."

It's All About Time: This course is ideal for break out sessions. During this interactive session, participants will complete an inventory on how they spend their time and explore and discuss the components of successful time management and delegation. The participant materials include a number of hints on how to solve their time management "flaws" as described in the pre-session inventory.

Time Smart: Time cannot be managed! However, we can manage ourselves and our use of time more effectively. In this course, you will learn how to assess current time management habits, the importance of setting goals and prioritizing, more effective planning and scheduling techniques and how to create an action plan for changing poor time management habits.

Time Management: Using The Time Mastery Profile: This course addresses the issues of working smarter by assessing where we spend our time each day. We will identify the factors that affect how we manage our work, time constraints and how to develop priorities with supervisors and employees.

Organizational Skills Using A Five Step System: This workshop supplies participants with the tools and skills to create and maintain exceptional, organized and prioritized work. Participants will closely examine how they currently function and learn ways to improve their work habits. They will learn to stop wasting time and take control of their projects even when overwhelming stress threatens their effectiveness.

Getting Organized: This course will provide you with techniques to get out of the chaos and manage all the of "stuff" in your life.
