System
This workshop supplies participants with the tools and skills
to create and maintain exceptional, organized and prioritized
work. Participants will closely examine how they currently function
and learn ways to improve their work habits. They will learn to
stop wasting time and take control of their projects even when
overwhelming stress threatens their effectiveness.

Course Outline
Module 1: Participants will start with a self-assessment
of their organizational skills in 12
competency areas.
Module 2: This module will show participants
two systems for prioritizing and scheduling their
work even, in the face of conflicting demands. We will also review
goal setting.
Module 3: We will examine project management
and learn to identify the critical milestones so that we can create
contingency and preventative plans for those elements.
Module 4: Getting organized means knowing where
to start and simply scheduling the time to do it.
Module 5: Participants will learn techniques
to improve procrastination, lack of assertiveness, poor communication,
and other habits that block their success.
