About Time
During this interactive session, participants will complete
an inventory on how they spend their time, explore and discuss
the components of effective time management and delegation.
The participant materials include a number of hints on how to
solve their time management “flaws” as described
in the pre-session inventory. This course is ideal for break
out sessions!
