Overview
One of the most challenging aspects of any working situation is how people deal with politics. Politics occur in any group where there are more than two people; therefore there are no situations where they can be avoided. Many times, politics are viewed as a necessary evil. But, it does not have be that way.
Politics could be used to forward your career and help you achieve your goals. "Games People Play," teaches you a method to be successful in almost any political environment without changing who you are or sacrificing your principles.
The Problem
Teams always seem to be in conflict and can’t complete even the simplest of tasks completed without a great deal of emotional energy expended.
People use politics as reasons for failures of projects and initiatives when that is not the case.
Good employees cannot seem to grasp the cultural aspects of the organization, always bucking against the system instead of working within it to get things done.
