Value Based Leadership: The Leadership Journey
is a discussion-based approach to corporate values, individual
competencies and improved individual and team effectiveness.
This course is highlighted by in-depth discussions on values-based
leadership examples from other corporations. The Leadership
Journey builds on a foundation of the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator Profiles to enhance communication ability. Participants
utilize these new skills to discuss direction of their companies
and improve their performance toward corporate goals.
Effective Leadership: This workshop will examine effective leadership
models from a variety of perspectives. Discussion and
activities will focus on the elements of situational and
grassroots leadership and will examine leadership from
a personal, team and organizational perspective. This
workshop will incorporate the use of classroom instruction,
experiential initiative and facilitated, small group discussions.
Fundamental
Leadership Skills: This workshop will
help participants with the fundamentals needed to
develop and improve their effectiveness as a leader.
They will build on their previously successful experience
in leadership situations in order to achieve higher
levels of personal performance and productivity.
This program develops leadership skills by using
"followership," as a method to determine one's leadership
abilities. They will learn to identify and apply the
skills of other effective leaders, deal with value
challenges and gain followers.
Law For Leaders:
Law for leaders is a workshop for front-line supervisors,
upper level supervisors, HR employees, and any other individuals
that have the authority to discipline or even discharge.
For example, front-line supervisors should be trained in
harassment and hostile environment prevention. If a supervisor has final
authority to discharge, he/she should have training in disparate
treatment and disparate impact.
Influencing Corporate Culture: This workshop is about creating corporate culture that enables people to perform at their best. Learn what it takes to be an emotional intelligence leader and to build trust through coaching and counseling skills.
Delegation Delimma: This workshop provides help for managers who are reluctant to delegate. Learn to identify your personal roadblocks of delegating, execute the five steps of effective delgation, distinguish between what should and should not be delegated.
Managing Employee Performance: Are you a manager, supevisory or a person who is responsible for helping employees perform at their highest potential? Learn the performance management cycle and learn to identify and clearly communicate goals and expectations.
How To Treat People (HTTP): In this workshop, particpants will learn the key fundamentals to management for any level manager/leader.
Coaching For Performance: This workshop focuses on developing the critical skills needed to coach employees who not are meeting expectations to increase productivity.
