Effective Leadership

This workshop will examine effective leadership models from a variety of perspectives. Discussion and activities will focus on elements of situational and grassroots leadership and will examine leadership form a personal, team and organizational perspective. Effective Leadership workshop will incorporate the use of classroom instruction, experiential initiative and facilitated, small group discussions.
