Manufacturing organizations need to ensure that they have strong leadership, solid processes, technical proficiency, and robust customer service and sales skills.  Our work with manufacturing clients has included assessment and training on a variety of skills that include improved leadership and communication, enhanced problem solving abilities, greater proficiency with technology tools, persuasive presentation skills and effective project management.  We have experience with training lean manufacturing principles such as Process Mapping, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).

• Conducted a training needs analysis/audit of the training division located in Nogales, MX. Identified immediate areas of improvement and suggestions for 3 to 5 year training plan.

Eisenmann Corporation

• Developed and delivered MS Office and Lotus Notes training for 200+ employees.
• Provided consulting and desk side assistance for MS Office, Lotus Notes, web development and MS Access.
• Developed and delivered upgrade training for Lotus Notes and MS Office upgrades.
• Developed a lead database, an excel interface for managing projects and acutal hours.
• Delivered project management and time management workshops.

Gentex Corporation

• Developed and delivered a custom meeting facilitation course designed to provde group and technical team leaders with skills to better identify issues and facilitate problem solving.
• Developed an on-going training program consisting of two-hour modules to help employees utilize MS Office products more efficiently. Courses included Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
• Developed and delivered presentation skills training; which was customized for staff with new employee orientation. This course allowed students to create a clear, concise message for new employees, develop PowerPoint visuals to enhance their message and learn techniques that increased their effectiveness in presenting this information.
• Created a computer-based training program designed for workers, supervisors and engineers to learn internally developed software on an Oracle database. CBT was initally rolled out on CD-ROM and then moved onto their intranet.
• Developed a leadership coaching workshop that incorporates concepts on situational leadership into real-life scenarios for group leaders and technical team leaders.

• Developed a barcode application to track, monitor and time the painting of parts for Caterpillar tractors.

Miller Brewing

• Instructional design and development for leading projects which included a self-stufy and two instructor led modules.

Power Packaging

• Facilitated a strategic planning session for executive leadership team.

Thermo-Fisher Scientific

• Delivered presentation skills, emotional intelligence, busines writing training for Fisher University.
• Delivered, coached and monitored train-the-trainer for new hire training.
• Developed and delivered train-the-trainer for Fisher University subject matter experts.
• Developed and delivered time and territory management workshop.

• Delivered MS Office 97 training.
• Delivered MS Office XP Training
