Customer Service is critical to passenger satisfaction and repeat business in the airline industry.  TrainSmart assisted United Airlines in evaluating and improving a five-week ticketing course for ticket agents designed to improve a full range of frontline customer service activities.  Those activities include assisting passengers with check in, ticketing, making or changing reservations, answering questions about flight schedules and fares, and tagging luggage.

Construction

The construction industry needs to manage multiple pieces of data for effective execution of projects.  TrainSmart developed enhancements to Northern Builders Timberline database to improve their purchase order, lease and property management components.   We can assist you with improving your technology and increasing management skills.

Education

The education industry comprises of academic institutions; vocational, elementary, and secondary schools; and companies that provide educational and training services.   TrainSmart has worked will many levels of the education market providing training needs assessments, project management training, and development of training materials for various programs.
