add contacts, send and receive instant messages, attach a file,
change MSN Messenger status, change MSN Messenger options
- Personalizing Your Mail: use stationery, create custom stationery,
create signatures, modify signatures
- Organizing Outlook Items: group items, create search folders,
create rules, apply conditional formatting
