Overview

A comprehensive communications course providing the participants withthe knowledge and skills to become an effective communicator. In this interactive course, participants will learn the communication process and understand their communication style. They will learn to quickly organize and create clear, concise and correct written communications. Participants will practice using theories in role plays for successful listening, critical conversations and meetings.
