Overview
Trusted Technical advisors demonstrate the combination of Technical/Business Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Operational Intelligence (XQ) that leads to their customers’ increased receptivity to their advice and recommendations. Using IT-specific scenarios, this course teaches IT professionals the communication and influence skills needed to successfully support their clients’ business success.
