For 30+ years, Dana has added great value to training, training development, and adult education in academia, government, and business including utilities, financial services, high tech manufacturing, food service distribution, transportation, higher education, law enforcement, and non-profit. As a senior consultant, he focuses on training needs analysis and assessments that form the foundations of high level training design or strategic training plans.
After years of delivering other's training materials that didn't seem to follow proper adult learning principals I learned the best practices for ID. I think that when it comes to instructional design the most important part of learning transfer is to design interaction with the participants every 10-12 minutes for the classroom and every 3-5 minutes online. We've got to allow our adult learners to share their wisdom and experiences and lead the learning with their comments and questions.
Michelle has over 15 years experience in training, software and database design and development, management, marketing, and consulting with a concentration in learning or developing and teaching customized applications and training programs to solve business needs. She has developed numerous software applications for small and large businesses. She has conducted courses in many areas including computer software, soft skills, and train the trainer.
As Creative Design Director, Tracey’s amazing track record includes overseeing
